DHLS Broker Accreditation – Apartment Rentals

• Brokers/Agents shall accomplish the Seller Registration Form and Brokers Agreement.
• Brokers/Agents shall attached the following requirements:
  • Photo copy of atleast Two (2) valid Ids
  • Photocopy of brokers licence
  • Photocopy of company ID for DMCI Homes agent.
• Once accomplish Brokers are now accredited with DHLS.
• Brokers can now offer unit inventories of DHLS to their clients.
• DHLS will assist brokers on site during their occular inspection.
• DHLS to guide brokers on closing, processing of contract and client move in.
